Shipping, Returns & Refunds

SoSoul 3D Studio is a brand operated by Sett Deal LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States. This page explains how long your order takes, how it ships, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Production time
Every piece is made to order. Standard production is up to 2 business days from payment confirmation; only then does the parcel go to the carrier. Custom pieces may take longer and the estimate is confirmed with you in advance.
Shipping
We ship with USPS, within the United States only for now. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your state.
As soon as the parcel is handed over you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number, and you can follow the order at any time on our tracking page or inside your account.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses or absent recipients.
Damaged or defective pieces
If your piece arrives damaged, broken or with a manufacturing defect, email sosoul3dstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and the packaging.
Once we confirm the issue, you choose between a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You do not have to pay return postage in this case.
Returns of catalog items
Standard catalog pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping for change of mind is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the product value to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Custom and personalized pieces
Because they are produced specifically for you, custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned for change of mind. They are still covered by the damage and defect policy above.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost while it has not entered production. After production starts, cancellation is no longer guaranteed; contact us and we will do what we can.
Refunds
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount can take a few extra business days to appear on your statement. Partial refunds are possible when only part of an order is affected.
