Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address and shipping address, plus the details of the items you bought. If you create an account, we also store the profile information you choose to add, such as date of birth, phone number and billing address.

If you send a custom-order request, we collect the name, email, message and any file you attach so we can quote and produce the piece.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly under its own security standards.

How we use your information

To produce and ship your order, send order status updates (received, in production, shipped) and answer your messages.

To keep your purchase history and favorites available inside your account.

To meet tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations in the United States.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, to send occasional emails about new pieces. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to keep your cart, session and language preference working.

We may also use analytics cookies to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics data is not used to identify you individually. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features such as the cart may stop working if you do.

Sharing your information

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (order and account emails), our hosting and database provider, and USPS (shipping and delivery).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by US tax and accounting rules. Account data is kept while your account is open. Custom-order files are kept only as long as needed to quote and produce the piece.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can ask us to stop sending marketing emails. Write to sosoul3dstudio@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting data tied to a completed order may be limited by our legal record-keeping duties.

Children

Our pieces are made for children's spaces, but the shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
