About SoSoul
SoSoul 3D Studio started in my home, with one printer and a list of small irritations: the sponge dripping by the sink, books falling off the shelf, the backpack dropped on the bedroom floor. None of it is big. Together, it's what makes a home feel messier than it is. That's how I started designing pieces that solved what was missing.
Who makes it
I'm a veterinarian and behavioural neuroscientist. I spent years watching how environment and behaviour shape each other — in animals and in people. That's the lens behind every piece I design: a well-placed object changes the routine of whoever lives there. So the design always starts from a real problem, never from a trend.
Layer by Layer
Every piece is printed layer by layer, and I decided not to hide it. The layer texture is part of the finish. It's also how the brand grows: one piece at a time, tested at home before it enters the catalogue. The SoSoul symbol — mother and child built from stacked bars — says the same thing.
Why Kids means organisation, not toys
The Kids category is designed as bedroom organisation and decor: pieces for the wall, the shelf and the desk, to sort out the backpack, the books and school supplies. They are environment objects made for the room — not items for free handling by small children. I recommend adult supervision and adult fixing during installation.
How the Kids line started
The Kids line started from the same place: toys scattered across the floor, play ideas that didn't fit ready-made boxes, and bedroom decor that wasn't available in shops. I designed what was missing: hooks for backpacks and aprons, bookends to hold stories lying down, door signs that mark a child's space. Each piece is a response to a real scene lived at home, not a Pinterest trend.
Material
We print in PLA and PETG. PLA is a plant-based plastic with a matte finish; PETG adds extra mechanical strength and impact resistance. Both are durable for home use, but they should not be exposed to hot environments — keep them away from direct sunlight, greenhouses, fireplaces, ovens and heat sources. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
