Made-to-order production

Every piece is printed after you order it. Standard production takes up to 2 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier; larger or custom pieces may take longer, and we tell you the estimate before you confirm.

Because pieces are printed by hand layer by layer, small variations in finish, layer lines and color tone are part of the product and are not considered defects.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed only after Stripe approves the payment; until then it stays pending.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a price is clearly wrong, if the item cannot be produced, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we refund you in full.

Custom orders

Custom requests are quoted individually. Once you approve a quote and production starts, the piece cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind.

You confirm that any file, image or text you send us can legally be reproduced, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark.

Product use and safety

Our pieces are printed in PLA and PETG. They are decorative and organizational items; they are not toys, not food containers, and not designed to carry heavy loads.

Keep pieces away from heat: do not leave them in a hot car, near an oven, a heater or in direct sun for long periods, as the material can soften or warp. Clean with a damp cloth only — no dishwasher, no boiling water.

Adult supervision is required when pieces are installed or used in a child's room.

Intellectual property

The SoSoul name, logo, product designs, photographs and site content belong to Sett Deal LLC and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without written permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or misuse of a piece.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Texas.
